Continuous Improvement Prioritization

This clinical system design (CSD) work package asks Area Councils and Specialty Working Groups to begin reviewing requests for Continuous Improvements, including Optimization and Enhancements, arising since first launch.

Objectives

This work package asks Area Councils and Specialty Working groups to:

1. Review content and build requests.

2. Recommend whether the request should be accepted, rejected or set aside for future consideration.

3. Prioritize the requests that are accepted.
